Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking applications to the role of Personal Assistant. This role is based in the Community Services Division and, working alongside the experienced members of that team, your role will be to provide secretarial support to our Senior Management Team.
We are looking for an experienced personal assistant/secretary who is a strong team player, who is highly organised, and who has the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of people both within and outside the Trust. Your duties will include formal minute taking, and production of formal reports and other correspondence. You will need strong IT skills to be successful in this role. Meetings/events are held across various community sites therefore some flexibility is required and a car driver would an advantage. The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team

- Have good general level of education including Math’s and English;
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel as you will be using these on a daily basis;
- Flexibility, show initiative, able to multi task and be adaptable to the needs of the role, team and service;
- Experience of working within a Personal Assistant role or setting;
- Proactively manage the schedules of the Senior Management Team.
- Preparation of Agenda’s with accurate note taking at meetings, transcribing of minutes and action log up-dates,
- Support the Senior Management team in the preparation of high quality presentations using appropriate IT systems.
