We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Administrator to join our administration team. Working as part of the administrative team you will be used to working in a fast paced, agile environment.
The successful applicant will be compassionate and professional and deliver excellent customer service that is instrumental in the quality of care our clients receive.
This is a role where you will be working from home. The hours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
The salary for this role is 20K per annum.

What you'll be doing:
- Management of cases including, Loading new cases, Case reviews, Requesting reports, Booking appointments, Releasing advice letters and Closing cases
- Liaising with clients, their employees, internal staff and 3rd parties via telephone, email, and letter.
- Working within company/client SLAs and notifying the Team Leader of any difficulty in achieving these.
- Escalating complex cases or those that are progressing slowly to relevant colleagues.
- General admin including the uploading of clinical notes
- Co-ordinating and maintaining diaries and appointments for all clinical staff
