The Social Media and Campaign Manager will be directly linked to the future success of our existing cafes and the growth of our business. Joining the marketing department at WatchHouse, this role will work alongside the Brand Manager, Creative Designer and WatchHouse Coffee team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign creation across all WatchHouse Social channels and marketing campaigns.
- Defining & implementing social strategy incl. influencer strategy and concept generation.
- Creative copywriting of all CRM (including populating and sending mailers)
- Management and planning of social media, including creative copywriting and image selection for posts and stories
- New House opening content and social strategy in the lead-up and following opening
- Owning direction story-led video content across all channels
- Occasional requirement to create IG reels from provided iPhone content.
- Identify and grow the network of online fans and influencers who engage with the WatchHouse brand, encouraging them to share content and testimonials from their in-person or digital experiences with WatchHouse.
- Relationship building and management across internal and external communities.
- Responding daily to customer enquiries across all digital channels and email in a timely manner that reflects the brand’s values and identity.
Required for this role:
- 2+ years experience in a social media and content role.
- Must be an extremely strong copywriter and able to take content and use it to create and execute campaigns across channels.
- Ideal candidates would have experience within the specialty coffee industry or an invested interest in specialty coffee.
- Experience with in-design, Klayvio and Shopify.
