Job description
We are looking to appoint a remote working Office Administrator/ Call Handler to join our existing admin team.
You will achieve this by:
- Answer calls on behalf of TheTechTeam, as well as a number of other call answering clients.
- Outbound calls and emails to TheTechTeam customers to book in jobs and provide follow up information.
- Completion of general daily administrative tasks.
Person Specification:
- Exceptional organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic with a positive can do approach.
Working pattern:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2 - 5pm
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
