WINNER are currently recruiting for 2 Administrators to join our client based in Kingstanding.
The successful candidate will be required to:-
· Provide administrative support.
· Use the full Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium cloud suite and Microsoft Team Sites.
· Produce reports and keep spreadsheets up to date.
· Input data on to computerised system.
· Support various departments as necessary.
· Answer incoming calls from customers and deal with queries.
· Ensure customer records are kept up to date.
· Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have: -
· Previous experience in administration
· A methodical approach to work.
· Confident personality.
· Strong numerical skills.
· Problem solving ability.
· An ability to work using own initiative.
· A keen eye for detail.
. Microsoft Word/ Excel skills.
· An adaptable and enthusiastic nature.
· A flexible attitude towards working practice.
· A willingness to take on a wide range of tasks.
· Energetic and pro-active attitude.
· Organised nature.
· Willingness to start at grass roots level and the desire to learn and develop.
