This part-time (0.8 FTE) post is available immediately on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on Streatham campus and some from home.


Summary of the role/position

We need a proactive administrator within Innovation, Impact & Business to provide administrative who will support the provision of the Business School’s Professional Education portfolio. Working within the University of Exeter Business School Professional Education team, the Administrator will be responsible for supporting the delivery and operational success of Executive Education. The role will work across the portfolio to provide support where needed to the different programmes, including administrative and finance support, marketing and event coordination.

The successful applicant will deliver a customer focused, efficient and effective administrative and financial support service to the UEBS Professional Education Team, in support of the delivery of their strategic objectives.

From time to time, the Administrator may be asked to take on lead responsibility for e.g. recruitment, training and development; time-bound projects; or for routine financial transactions and monitoring budgets.
