Sunmagic Juices Ltd is a UK based drinks manufacturer with sites in Headcorn, Llantrisant and Nelson.
We are looking for an adminisrator to join our busy Nelson Production team.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our production team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate close-out of production paperwork, and that all production-based records are accurate and audit-ready.
- Manage stock/ Ingredients/ Packaging on SAP to ensure correct usage levels.
- Work with Warehouse stock controller to ensure that all NCR’s are actioned in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work with QA administrators to ensure that production paperwork is correctly completed, and Quality agenda is being adopted by Production.
- Audit production paperwork to ensure compliance.
- Compile and manage weekly production delivery figures for weekly operations review.
- Gather performance data and analsye
- Ensure accurate monitoring of both permanent and temporary staff attendance.
- Maintain accurate holiday and absence records for all Production Staff.
- Manage and schedule return to work interviews.
- Induct new starters.
- Manage temporary staff lockers and access fobs to ensure that site is always secure and safe.
- Manage leaver process for staff to ensure that all company property is retrieved, and correct process is followed.
- Work with agency reps to maintain temporary staffing levels.
- Liaise with workwear supplier to ensure that all staff have correct workwear and that new starters/ leavers are being communicated
- Order PPE/ Work boots/Bump caps etc to ensure that we always have the correct items in stock
- Work with shift Lead Hands to ensure smooth handover of duties between shifts and all communication is consistent.
- Manage Production training files and keep updated
- Ensure adequate cover for first aiders and fire marshals on site
- Keep emergency contact information updated regularly
- Other duties to be added as the role develops
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
