They are now looking for some experienced administrators to join the team. Responsibilities: Administrative support to Account Managers as required, producing reports, updating the database, delivering on projects/ campaigns. Gathering images for briefing documents for clients and colleagues. Formatting Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents Data entry into Microsoft Excel Phoning retailers to confirm campaign details as required Preparing campaign materials and loading information onto tablets Taking accurate messages as a first point of contact and responding to emails as required Compliance checking merchandiser work and flagging non compliance. Assisting with telephone queries. Experience required: Excellent experience within an administration role Superb attention to detail and accuracy Excellent multi-tasker with a flexible approach to work Highly organised Customer centric approach This is a full time, role, working Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30.
