The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join us as soon as possible who will provide administrative support to our Steelwork Inspection Department.
Responsibilities:
- general administrative support including invoicing and finalising reports for clients
- data entry and typing
- make travel, hotel and meeting arrangements
- Confer with other staff members and customers while solving problems
- directing telephone enquiries to appropriate teams and assisting customers
Additionally there wil be some general support duties for the firm as a whole such as maintaining information on client web portals.
We work on some fascinating and high-profile projects so you will also need to be discreet. Salary will be based on your experience and qualifications.

Salary: Up to £27,000.00 per year
