Prodrive’s Brand& business has almost 20 years' experience in creating merchandise collections for clients from all sectors. Brand& offer an end-to-end service from design, production and quality control, through to supporting sales and marketing activity and distributing collections worldwide. Through our expertise in specialist production and long-standing partnerships with manufacturers, we ensure that we deliver uncompromising quality, always on time, from our newly refurbished offices in Banbury.
We are looking for an Administrator to join the Apparel Production team to input and organise data on merchandise deliveries and production quotas, and provide general administrative support to the Production Department and the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Production Manager, Designers and Product Developers
- Update and maintain databases and supplier information
- Ensure accurate recording and filing of all paperwork
- Be proficient with the IFS system, the company's ERP software (Full training will be given)
- Assist the companies Analyst to create inventory parts and raise purchase orders
- Assist in research regarding expanding supplier base etc.
- Track samples to and from suppliers/client
- Update data for our archive sample room
- Work with our Testing house on producing and circulating appendices to our testing manual as and when required
- Carry out other duties as requested by the Production Manager
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience within an Administration or Purchasing role and be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the merchandise / clothing industry would be an advantage, as well as ERP system knowledge (although full training will be given). You will have excellent time management skills and attention to detail and be driven and determined to meet deadlines.
