About the Trust

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust brings together staff and services from Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust (SRFT) and The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust (PAT). The NCA FT was formally established on 1 October 2021 and has been working together as a group since 2016. Our dedicated team of around 20,000 staff – our NCA Family – delivers healthcare excellence to over one million people across Salford, Oldham, Rochdale and Bury, as well as providing more specialist services to patients from Greater Manchester and beyond.

Hours: 30 Hours working 5 days out of 7

Pay: £10.37 Per Hour

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Excel Data Input

· Collating Data

· Input of annual leave

· Place Orders with eprocurement

· General administration

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Experience with computers and information technology

· Experience in minute taking and agenda setting

Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
