We operate across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Swindon, Bath and Northeast Somerset (BaNES).

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • You’ll be required to use Rio and Docman Connect to book appointments, format and send letters and open referrals using ERS.
  • To take phone calls and complete subsequent administration.
  • General administration tasks when required.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  • An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
  • Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
  • A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

  • System knowledge - Rio, Docman Connect, ERS referral system and Avaya
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
