Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and north east Hampshire.

We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.

We deliver high quality care across our 140 services, all of which are registered with the Care Quality Commission. Individual treatment and support, which helps people work towards recovery, is at the heart of everything we do.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· To always maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information to any third party outside occupational health without the prior consent of the individual.

· Ensure the principles of confidentiality and compliance with information governance and data protection are always adhered to.

· To ensure that any documentation is out of sight of any person entering the department and stored securely at all times.

· To be responsible for maintaining the cohort system in line with data protection and information governance principles.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Previous admin experience

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a health care setting
