Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starting individual to support our Chief Executive and Chair. The primary focus of the post is to enhance the Chief Executive and the Chairs effectiveness by providing high quality proactive support. You will have significant experience of working with Executive teams and managing a complex workload with a number of often competing priorities.
This is a key and visible role within the Corporate Governance team and will be an excellent opportunity for an already experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager who is looking for their next challenge. You will have experience of working across complex systems and will be required to carry out a range of administrative and executive assistant duties which include managing busy diaries and in-boxes, development and maintenance of electronic filing systems, forward planning, support in formatting reports and agendas, minute taking at senior meetings, development of presentations, the organisation of meetings and events and making travel arrangements. You must be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative, be flexible with a high drive for quality and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be based at Aspect House in Bulwell, Nottingham.
