Job Title: Administrator
Trust Location: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust
Location: Wayside, Wilson’s Lane, CV6 6NY
Hours: 08:30 - 16:30 (25 hrs per week)
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (some weekends required if a clinic is on)

About the Trust
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults, and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire, and Solihull. What you’ll be responsible for:
· Data Inputtting.
· Rolling out vaccination booster
· Input who’s been called
· Mark consent from care homes
· Signpost patients to clinic
· General Admin Support
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· System knowledge – Pinnacle (desirable)
· Experience of working in a busy office/customer care environment
· Ability to travel to multiple sites
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent telephone skills
· Microsoft package knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
