On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are seeking for an Administrator to join our Member Administration team located in Nationwide House, Pipers Way, Swindon, working Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm for a 3 month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. The working hours will be 35 hours per week.

Job duties will include the below but will not be limited to:
· A variation of administration tasks that will vary from day to day
· Raising procurement requests
· Raising system access & equipment requests
· Managing central team calendar and team distribution lists
· Booking travel and hotel booking for senior executive
· Organizing meetings – booking room, equipment etc
· Support team with any ad hoc tasks
· Attending work stream meetings and capturing actions/decisions
· Working closely with your colleagues and providing support within the team
· You will gain a lot of experience and training will be ongoing
Candidate attributes:
- Previous use of Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and MS Office
- IT Literate / Confident using a PC
- Dedicated and hard working
- Flexibility- adapt to being moved from one area to another
- Energetic and eager to learn
- Excellent communicational skills
- Attention to detail
- A Team player attitude and also being able to work independently is important
Working hours:
Full Time: Monday – Friday 9am –5pm
Training – Training will be ongoing with different opportunities available to develop and gain new skills
Contract: 3 months with the possibility of extension. This will be dependent on company performance and will be under review during the time of contract
Hourly rate: £11.53 per hour
