On behalf of Nationwide Building Society, AMS are seeking a Payments Administrator for a 6 month contract with the possibility of permanency or extension, working within our Nationwide House, Pipers Way, Swindon Branch.

What you’ll be doing
· Completing a variety of administration tasks within payment disputes
· Handling payment disputes and customer account management
· Resolving issues and customer queries
· Completing refunds on members accounts
· Completing decisions on claims and their values regarding
· Using a variety of IT systems to follow processes and procedures
· Candidate must be IT literate
· Management and ownership of payment disputes, queries, issues
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Communicate effectively with the customer via call, emails, letter
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls where necessary

- 35 Hours Per Week - full time
- Shifts are Monday-Friday: 8am- 4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm depending on your team.
- Start date in March 2023
- Primarily a 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent/extension
