Administrator
Location : Fleet
Salary £22-24,000 + benefits
My client who are in Fleet are looking for an Administrator to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got excellent attention to detail and are extremely organised. My client are within the Financial Services industry and are looking for someone who enjoys working towards processes and procedures. You will be a team player but equally enjoy working independently. If you have any experience working within Financial Services/Insurance or Banking this would be an advantage.
Daily Duties
Prepare meeting documents, packs and letters to clients
Responding to email enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Upload documents to the database
Book client appointment if required, sending client confirmation email/letter, and book meeting room if appropriate
Run ID checks when required
Answer incoming telephone calls when Reception are unable to take the call
Making drinks for clients and visitors when asked by supervisor/senior
Develop good communication skills with advisors/other administrators in the team
Attend regular training meetings to maintain knowledge of existing products and services
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Fleet, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
