MBA are recruiting a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. The client prides themselves on providing exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees. The Administrator will be responsible for all inbound contact from our client base, ensuring full details are taken about the claim being made.
In return, the Administrator will expect a salary of up to £22,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities of an Administrator
- Being the first point of contact for policy holders making a claims via email or via the phone
- Liaising with policy holders and insurers
- Dealing with telephone queries and inputting data onto the internal system
- Refer details to the relevant dept for claim ownership
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties when necessary
Skills & Requirements to be an Administrator
- Admin/ Customer Service/ Call Handling Experience is needed
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs

Salary: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
