Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a public services organisation in the West Bromwich area, who are seeking a Bid Administrator to start immediately on a temporary to permanent basis.
Please note this role will be office based and IS NOT a remote working or hybrid role
Duties and tasks will include:
- Maintaining and updating BID Base and Excel databases and spreadsheets.
- To work closely with the BID Manager to ensure that operations and administration activities are integrated
- To be a point of contact for BID Members and any other stakeholder for any administration, BID Levy issues concerning the BID
- Update Social Media with posters
- Pay invoices on a weekly basis
- Send out calendar invites for meetings and chase attendee’s
- To minute and record meetings as required and prepare agenda’s for West Bromwich BCRP, BID Exec and BID Board meetings
- Transfer recordings into a document
- Receiving telephone calls and visitors during core hours
Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
- Experience in an outward facing commercial environment
- Good standard of written and spoken English and numerate
- At least 5 GCSE passes
- Good knowledge and experience of general administration practices
- Self-starter act on own initiative
- IT literate
- Experience of account monitoring including invoices and financial record keeping
- Experience of monitoring database systems
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5pm. Immediate start.
