Starting with a temporary Zero Hour contract, to be considered to be employed thereafter.
Job description
We need to am experienced PART-TIME Paralegal who can work on their own, with minimal supervision.
Is able to work independently, remotely based on directions without Hand-Holding.
Minimum 5 YEARS FAMILY LAW Paralegal experience.
Seeking a Paralegal with experience in Family Law, especially in some areas of the Children Act Matters:
1. Supporting Clients in court hearings
2. Child Contact and Living arrangement matters
3. Support in other Child Act proceedings, including appeals and reviews
4. Enforcement
5. Parental Responsibility, Paternity and Parenthood
6. Prohibitive Steps Order
7. Preparing Bundles
8. Writing Statements
9. CMS (Child Maintenance Service Agency) related appeals
10. L.P.A's
11. Ability to write blogs and articles on family law

COVID-19 considerations:
Work from home mainly. Most Cost hearings are remote presently. Any hearings where one has to attend to support a client (subject to approval) will be following Covid 19 precautions of the concerned court, of which Courts are providing guidance.
