Main Responsibilities
- Working mainly for the Finance and HR department
- Scanning invoices
- Weekly and monthly liquidity plan
- Checking transport invoices and inputting them
- Checking supplier statements and dealing with supplier invoice queries
- Booking travel
- General admin tasks and holiday cover for other members of the department

- Deal with all queries quickly and efficiently

Working 40 hours per week:
Monday to Thursday 7am - 4.15pm Friday 7am - 12pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,065.00 per year
