Job description

We’re looking for a Site Administrator to join our Regional Build Team based in Aberdeen.


Location: Aberdeen

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.


Responsibilities

As a Site Administrator, you’ll be working with the projects team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.

Your day to day will include:

  • Downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedure, preparing weekly reports and updating site information boards

  • Processing invoices, assisting with drawings on viewpoint and updating the drawings register

  • Ordering and managing materials and supplies for site and other additional general administration duties
