Kelly Group have an exciting opportunity for the very best talent and we are looking to recruit an Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of certificates and qualifications on internal and external computer systems, including Microsoft Excel.
- Answering telephone calls, providing assistance and guidance to field engineers and management
- Liaising with multiple internal departments and higher management
- Supporting effective working within the team
- Pro-actively managing and scheduling training appointments
- Administrative duties as and when required i.e. photocopying, scanning.
- Assisting your Line Manager and the team to achieve all the required goals of the department
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence:
- For this role you will need administrative experience. It will require excellent attention to detail and an ability to prioritise a number of different tasks.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office essential (especially Excel)
- Strong organisation skills
- An ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with conflict
- Able to collaborate with others and contribute as part of a high performance team in order to achieve a common goal
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to see the ‘bigger picture’ and to realise the implications of one’s actions possessing a proactive approach and attitude to one’s duties; sees tasks through to completion
