A look into the role
You will provide administrative assistance for the outbound logistics wholesale team, including dispatch, system administration, warehouse credits and customer care.
This position will be well suited to a candidate with strong organisational skills.
In the role of Administrator, you will:
- Support Processing of customer orders in sequence
- Loading of closed customer orders
- Support and resolve customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
- Communicate customer non-compliance to logistics admin supervisor
- Administer order picking & destination labels
- Distribute replenishment reports
- Communicate warehouse status to Transport
Skills for Success
- Joining us as Administrator, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
- GCSE English and Maths at minimum Grade C (or equivalent)
- Strong ability to use MS Office Packages
- Health and Safety Awareness
The qualities you’ll need include:
- Use of initiative and problem-solving skill
- Exceptionally high customer service and team-work aptitude
- Ability to build relationships and influence effectively
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable criteria include:
- A relevant computer science or I.T. qualification

This is a part-time position working 9 hours per week. Working hours will be Sunday 7:30pm – 4:30am. (May require some flexibility to finish shift requirements on occasion.)
