Job Role: Asset Management Administrator

Location: Hybrid, Worcester

Job Sector: Asset Management

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum plus benefits

As an Asset Management Administrator, you will be contributing to Mainstay’s vision as the market leading provider of services to the UK’s property sector. Mainstay is a professional services organisation, that delivers business expertise and services across the property industry.

  • Delivering an effective and professional Asset Management service to stakeholders, you will undertake varying administrative duties associated with property asset management.
  • Supporting the Asset Management Supervisor, you will assist with but not limited to; calculation of rent reviews, client reporting, valuation reports and analysis and validation of customer and asset data.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a proactive, comprehensive and professional administrative coordination support for the asset management department.
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly valuation reporting. Calculate and validate rent review calculations.
  • Ensure external suppliers payment demands are reconciled and recharged appropriately.
  • Verify accuracy of data held within customer and asset database.
  • Produce adhoc reports and data analysis providing trend analysis to your line manager and/or department.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client sales invoices are raised in a timely manner.
  • Carrying out dynamic reviews of working processes to continually improve.Skills and Experience
  • Well-developed organisational skills who is results orientated and delivers against action led project plans.
  • Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with colleagues
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Experience of communicating with external and internal customers.
  • Able to produce work of a consistently high quality
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude with a confident approach to ownership and accountability
  • Takes ownership of specific tasks/projects as directed by line manager
