Job Title: Administrator
Duties:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Requirements:
- Live in the Essex or Kent Area
- Has RTW Documents (Passport/Birth Certifiate/Residence Permit)
- Currently on Universal Credit or another form of benefits
- Has a Laptop and Good WI-FI Signal at home
Candidates will have to complete an Online Business Admin Course to determine if they are suitable for the post.
