- Preparing quotations and booking jobs
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Liaising with staff in finance departments

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
