New role
A new role has been created within Energist, and what an exciting time to join the team!
The purpose of this role is to provide support to our in-house team of specialists and assessors to maximize project progress, technical capacity and to provide support to Energist’s clients so that they receive the best possible service.
Key tasks include:
· Uploading and downloading documents from various document management sites for a variety of client projects. Including following file naming conventions.
· Responsible for the correct documentation being available between document management sites of Energist and client.
· Creating project folders within timely manner to support new client projects following folder standards.
· Create PE (photographic evidence) folders within a timely manner post sale.
· Liaising with Sales on missing information or unclear project information to ensure the project documentation such as drawings or plans are ready for the assessors.
· Chasing older projects which sit within the “on hold” pot – clarify project status.
· Issuing and chasing RFI’s
· Format reports as required following Energist standards.
· Perform Sales Auditing to qualify order prior to commencement.
· Discuss deadlines, status, and questions with Client as and when required.
· Any other relevant tasks.

GCSE Maths Grade C or above
Computer Literate – Microsoft Suite
Experience in supporting the delivery of projects.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Service would be ideal.
Experience/ interest or understanding of sustainability and building.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
