Administrator - County Court based in Werrington, Peterborough
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary £22,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on experience
Country Court is an award-winning national care home provider & we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join us and provide a central administrative service to the Head of Risk & Compliance and the Training & Estates Teams.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Support the Head of Risk & Compliance, the compliance team, training & estates teams, and the wider management team where appropriate, including administration support, diary management & photocopying.
- Ensure all contractors have the required documents, contracts, and paperwork in place to operate services for Country Court.
- Manage the compliance and data requests within the company.
- Support the homes on health & safety matters.
- Review policies and documents when required.
- Minute taking at meetings as required.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Administrator, be proactive and effective communicator, professional, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have:
- Previous experience of working in a busy administrative or customer service role
- Great IT/Microsoft office, time management and organisational experience
- Able to build effective relationships with all departments and external suppliers/contractors.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Understands and embraces speed of response.
