Role: Administrator
Salary: £28,000 dependent on experience
Reports to: Certification Officer (administration co-ordinator)
Direct reports: None
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Location: Balham,London
Working closely with the both the Certification Systems Manager and the Certification Officer (administration co-ordinator). This opportunity plays a central role in providing administrative support for all of the activities of CIBSE Certification, but with particular focus on certification of all individual’s competence.
Responsibilities
· Monitor all CIBSE Certification mailboxes
· Maintenance of records as required on the internal database i.e. insurance detail updates, change of address details, etc.
· Renewal and recertification processes, e.g., insurance chase, update CPD, ID cards and photos, issuing certificates and ID cards in Accredible
· Maintain and process lodgement credit sales
· Chasing overdue invoices e.g., registration fees and lodgement credits
· Chasing renewal of LCC Simulation software certificates
· Process personnel scheme applications for CIBSE Certification
· Update and maintain CIBSE Certification website
· Undertake any other duties as required
Person specification
· Attention to detail and can use own initiative
· Good customer service, written, oral and communications skills
· Ability to work on your own and within a small team
· An understanding of procedures and work instructions
· Experience in database entry, record keeping and Microsoft applications is essential
· Able to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload
· Ideally you will have an understanding of Salesforce and confidence in using different software applications
· Knowledge of the energy management and energy assessor requirements is desirable
