Chubb now has an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Broadgate, Oldham on a full time, permanent basis. The main goal of this role is to provide rapid administrative support to enable the smooth and effective running of the service team, as well as assisting the Operations Manager in the provision of a superior level of customer service.
What will I be doing as Administrator?
- Take calls from Engineers and customers relating to enquiries
- Order parts for Engineers
- Call customers to book engineer visits
- Update the internal systems with any amendments required
- Support the Operations Manager with any administration requests, such as, placing subcontractor orders
- Manage maintenance contracts ensuring new contracts are processed for invoicing, and maintenance engineers are booked
- Resolve customer disputes and process contract terminations
Working Hours: Full Time 37.5 hrs | Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a solid, general background in administration ideally from a service / engineering background (not essential)
- Be customer focused with extensive phone-based customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Possess strong IT skills across Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Have the ability to prioritise and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Work well a part of a Team.
