Job description
Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting an Administrator to join the team in our Glasgow office. The main goal of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the branch. You will also be closely supporting the Operations Manager and the General Manager, helping to provide the best customer service possible.
Salary: £21,500 - £23,000 Dependent on experience
The Role Of Administrator
- Organise, check and input engineer timesheet information on a weekly basis in line with set timescales and processes
- Communicate with Customers, Engineers and the Customer Service Centre regarding installation projects and service calls
- Maintain customer job files, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded, to ensure that full customer history and data is readily available
- Clear cancelled jobs and database amendments
- Assist with the production of engineer routine maintenance lists / logs and report on progress
- Assist the Operations Manager with installation planning and management of work in hand
- Obtain all required customer information and pass to the False Alarm Management team
- Take calls from Engineers, Customers and Colleagues to assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
To Be Successful In Your Role You Will:
- Possess previous customer service/Admin experience
- A background within a fast paced service driven environment
- Ability to work well in a fast paced and varied working environment
- Have a high level of IT literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
- Have a good general background in administration
- Be proactive, able to prioritise workloads and have exemplary customer service skills
- Have excellent people and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Preferably have experience working with customer disputes
