Purpose of the Role
To provide proactive administration and some sales support to the Nottingham Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries politely and efficiently
- Prepare sales brochures, type marketing reports and letters, raise invoices
- Liaise with the Marketing department regarding various marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, hard copy flyers, advertising, press releases and sales details
- Completing compliance paperwork
- Diary management
- Updating/ editing the Christie & Co CRM Salesforce system
- Creating business generation/marketing letters
- Some event management
- Ensure health and safety policies are followed
- Help maintain a tidy and pleasant working environment and ensure supplies are well-stocked
- Arranging and aliasing to keep the office maintenance

Person Specification
Skills and Experience
· GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English; Essential
· Minimum of 2 years of previous experience within a similar role; Essential
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Essential
· Numerate; Essential
· Strong verbal and written communication skills; Essential
· Highly organised and self-motivated; Essential

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
