An opportunity has arisen within the Milton Keynes Lifespan Eating Disorder Service based at Neath Hill Medical Centre for a full time Team Administrator. You will be working with a passionate, caring and supportive multidisciplinary team.
You will be required to offer support to the clinical team and service users. Tasks will include: organising meetings, completing minutes, typing reports, scheduling appointments and supporting service users who arrive at the health centre for their clinics/ reviews. You will also be involved in the MDT discussions and initiatives around service development. This role would offer diversity of skills and responsibilities for an individual looking to develop their career within a thriving specialist service and supportive NHS Trust.
The role is full time and based within Neath Hill Medical Centre. Previous NHS experiences would be advantageous but not essential. You must have demonstrable administration experience along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office packages.

The Clinic Secretary will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative duties to the team. This will range from general typing, distribution of post, arranging meetings, receiving and disseminating information and the provision of a receptionist service in order to enable the team to carry out a range of clinical activity as quickly and effectively as is required.
The post holder will work closely with other administrative staff within Milton Keynes Mental Health Service, sharing work where necessary and providing cover for leave purposes.
