The successful applicant will be passionate about providing first-class customer service to patients and members, from arranging their initial consultation to liaising closely with clinicians and support staff through their patient journey to the end of treatment.
Candidates must:
Speak fluent English and have a good telephone manner.
Have good IT skills.
Have a positive 'can do' attitude and multitasking ability.
Possess utmost understanding of need for patient confidentiality and discretion.
Have the ability to develop a professional working relationship with the case management team, consultants, and facilities.

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
