To help achieve this we have a centralised process in place designed to match your skills and experience to a suitable role. Specific tasks and responsibilities will vary depending on the role. You will be a key member of the team providing high quality, comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the department. We would love to hear from you if you are able to communicate well with people at levels, have previous experience working in an administrative role, the ability to use a range of Microsoft packages and are able prioritise workload to meet a deadline whilst working in a fast paced environment. If you prefer the flexibility of working in temporary placements, you also have the opportunity of registering on the Staff Bank via the centralised recruitment process. Main duties of the job You will provide high quality administrative support to the department. Tasks will include typing, reception duties, customer service, maintaining databases, booking appointments/meeting, filing, organising and booking meeting rooms and general administrative support to the Department. You will play a key role in the efficient day to day activities of the department. You will often be the first point of contact for the department and will be required to communicate in a professional and courteous manner. You will answer general queries and explain information relating to the department.
