Front of House Team Member / Receptionist
Full Time
40 Hour Per Week
Weekly Shift Rota
Earliest shift starts at 06:00 AM and latest shift closes at 9:00PM)
Alternate Weekend 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM

We are looking for a professional, organised, fun and energetic team member to join our U Fit Fitness Team.
We are a family run business which is growing and we need a new team member to help us provide fluent customer service and help us wow our members.
We require a candidate who strives for the best, with great attention to detail, excellent telephone manner and typing skills, who can connect easily with a wide variety of people.
Experience working front of house or a reception role would be a bonus.
However we also believe if you bring the right attitude, energy, fun and care the rest we can help you with.
Anything can be taught, full training and support will be provided by our team to ensure you have a smooth transition into this exciting role.

As a Member of the Front of House Team / Receptionist, you will:
- Deliver the highest level of client experience to everyone, as their first point of contact whether face to face, messaging or over the phone
- Assist clients in the booking-in process, following all system and studio requirements
- Answer and direct incoming calls, showing excellent phone manners
- Provide clients with guidance, information and other items as required
- Maintain clear and accurate records of client bookings and messaging
- Assist with maintaining the quality of the facilities to ensure standards are always met
- Making drinks and serving juices to clients using the in-house juice bar facility
