Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with customer enquiries via phone and email (via MS Office): Manage requests for product and service information promptly, efficiently and courteously, ensuring appropriate follow-up is
- Accurately set up customer online accounts/ placing orders with follow up call logs and reports
- Ensure daily measurement and accuracy of booking in stock using our bespoke system.
- Manage out of stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customer accordingly to achieve agreed service levels.
- Maintain files for audit purpose.
- Providing support and advice to delivery drivers regarding orders and collections.
