Job introduction
Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service? Are you organised? Do you have a keen eye for detail?
There’s an exciting opportunity for you to join Brighton & Hove City Council’s Parking Design & Implementation Team.
You would support our multi award-winning Parking Services Team in delivering a wide range of exciting projects from new Parking Schemes, new mapping systems as well as a programme of maintenance works. We are looking for an Administrator who will be the first point of contact, whilst ensuring a first-class customer focused service is delivered.
About the role
As a core member of the Parking Design and Implementation Team, you will learn how our parking and services support and serve a wide range of residents and businesses in the city. For example, answering telephone enquiries and emails, processing disabled bay applications and providing day-to-day team support.
A recently joined team member has said ....
What I love most about my job are the people I work with, and the freedom to create a way of working that works best for me. I have always loved that our manager trusts me to work independently.
The team I work with has a great atmosphere; joining them was the best decision I’ve made for my career and I look forward to the challenges ahead.
