The hours for this vacancy are 20 per week .
The Enhanced Home Care Support Team requires an administrator to provide secretarial and administrative support to the clinical team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service.
The role requires a high level of administrative skills, alongside the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing sympathetic, kind and confident liaison with patients, relatives and staff.
The successful candidate will provide an efficient, patient focused telephone and administration service, working closely with the nurses within the team. The role will include a full range of clerical and administrative duties, including inputting referrals onto SystemOne for the Triage Nurses, to support the needs of the patients in nursing and residential homes across Warrington.
