About this opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our London office on a permanent basis. The Administrator will play an integral role in daily administration for the office function by providing support to the team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties ranging from documentation preparation to money transfers.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist with the daily administration for the team and provide support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team.
General administration to include:
- Production of suitability reports and the management of investment managements review cycles.
- Communicating with Advisers and clients where necessary
- Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments
- Monitoring the transfers of assets/cash to or from other institutions
- ISA subscriptions and transfers
- Processing of payments
- Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
- Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems
- General record keeping and electronic filing
- Adhering to Conduct Risk standards
- Diary management and meeting preparation - both internal and external.
- Generate MI reports
- Dictations, letter generation, mail merges and note taking from client meetings
Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous administration experience is essential – additional training will be provided
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook preferred
- A proactive individual who is naturally efficient, organised, can manage their own time well and competent at working to deadlines
- Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written, with ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
