We are seeking to appoint a member of the administration team, to Co-ordinate data returns, activities against project plans for Education and Social Work Programmes. Monitor progress activities against forthcoming milestones.
Collate, compile and edit reports and produce using spreadsheets and other applications outputs and materials to review and oversee quality and achievement. This includes co-ordinate and maintain records, including inputting data using a variety of different software such as spreadsheets and databases. Maintain electronic and hard copy records and filing systems and retrieve documents and information as needed. Deal with general enquiries by email, telephone and in person. Identify any problems in a timely manner and take appropriate and effective steps to resolve them.
Working with academic colleagues to ensure timely returns to government departments and University processes.
Maintain efficient administrative systems and provide advice and support as required to facilitate all aspects of project management and general operational activities.
