Administrator required for Grangemouth
Tasks to include but not limited to the following:- Assist Bilfinger management with managing and recording all staff and employee training records
- Manage, update and maintain training requirements matrix and records showing certificate/training expiry dates
- Provide cover and support to site admin for time writing and buying functions
- Maintain electronic supporting forms and registers
- General administration, maintain filing systems and control of general data.
- Control and update holiday chart ensuring transparency of approved holidays for staff
- Ensure notice boards are up-to-date
