Client Success Representative (Insurance Administrator)

What the day will look like
As a Customer Success Representative, you will work closely with the Client Managers to service client needs. You will:
Process changes to policy cover, certificates of insurance and endorsements in a timely manner.- Take payments and process client documentation
- Transition client data to different systems.
- Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making sure Service Level Agreements SLA’s are maintained
- Track individual performance daily to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high level of quality
- handle new and renewal applications ,, manage client relationships and deliver industry leading service.
- Take inbound/make outbound calls to customers and insurance partners to provide or gather information and ensure all queries are resolved quickly
- Be responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
As a Customer Success Representative your skills will ideally include:
An eye for detail, someone who prides themselves on getting it right first time (every time!)- Ability to work in a regulated environment where key processes must be followed consistently and accurately; ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are maintained
- Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action and adjust to change
- A great listener who can flex their style to different customers to build rapport
- self-motivated; excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering superb service
- Insurance experience (especially commercial insurance) is a plus
