At MotivatePT we are passionate about helping people set and achieve new limits for their health and wellbeing. We've got big plans this year for marketing and social media, so we’re looking for a social media executive to bring our brand and services to life on our social channels.
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase MotivatePT's online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the founders.
THIS IS A FREELANCE AND PART TIME POSITION. Perfect for someone looking for flexibility and primarily WFH.
Marketing Executive duties and responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- Manage our Youtube Channel and Podcast
- Video and photo editing skills
- Videography skills are a huge bonus
- Manage our Linkedin Page
- Be able to craft marketing proposals/pitch documents
- Come up with new ideas and innovate
- Email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo
- Business Development Experience (would be a bonus)
Social Media Manager requirements and qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist/Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media best practices
- Amazing copywriting skills
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Great leadership skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
