About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to assist in bookings our Guildford unit,

We are seeking self-motivated individuals who can quickly grasp the general duties in a busy centre. You should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload, ensuring a high standard of patient care at all times. It is essential that you have strong IT skills and ideally you will have prior administrative experience, particularly in a healthcare setting.

The role also involves interviewing and booking patients by phone. We seek a self-motivated individual who can quickly grasp the general duties in this busy department.

Required Skills and Experience

As a successful candidate you must:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including by phone) together with a good standard of IT literacy.
Clinical skills are not essential although previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
Excellent time management skills are essential in order to prioritise your workload to ensure a high standard of patient care at all times.
Work within site protocols and procedures to ensure the delivery of a quality service
Ensure sound knowledge of site RIS systems
Work in an efficient and effective manner to maximise throughput
Escalate to the Clinical Lead/Regional Senior any identified clinical issues requiring further management input
Ensure full compliance with all current AML Policies, Procedures and extant legislation
Actively participate in departmental audits
Be reflective in thinking and outlook and be able to source advice, coping with multiple demands during the working day
