Are you an efficient, detail driven Administrator with excellent communication skills?
Age UK are recruiting for an administrator to assist in delivering a high-quality recruitment service to both hiring managers and candidates alike.
In this post you will provide administrative support to our busy recruitment team to help deliver an excellent recruitment service to all areas of the charity, including retail.
You will be highly organised, have a pro-active and customer focused approach to everything that you do and be meticulous in your attention to detail.
This is a hybrid opportunity, a blend of home and office working. Our office is based in Ashburton, Devon.
We are happy to consider both full time (35 hours pw) or part-time (25 hours+ pw) for this post.
Must haves:
- Some experience of working in an administration role
- Experience using a database or digital data storage system
- Ability to use basic MS Office applications, such as Word and Excel
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Excel to set up spreadsheets, analyse and process data to illustrate salary costs and forecasts
- Results focussed with the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a focus on professional standards
- A team player with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a wide range of people
- Good communicator working across numerous teams and providing a service to a remote team
- Sound planning and organisation with good attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Great to haves:
- Basic understanding of recruitment legislation
- Some knowledge of recruitment administration
