Job Title: Administrator - Resourcing Clinical Division
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum dependent on experience
Location: Hybrid (Bolton) - When you first start with us, we would like you to get to know our team better and work closely with us in house. Once you are established within the role, we would expect you to work in the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
Reports to: Resourcing Manager
Accountable to: Head of Resourcing
Outcomes First Group are currently looking for an administrator to join their Clinical resourcing team. In this position, you would be supporting our Adults and Children’s clinical service with the best in-house recruitment service.

Each day will be slightly different but some tasks you'll do are:
✔ Speak to candidates and hiring managers daily about their requirements
✔ Keep our applicant tracking system up to date and train new hiring managers how to use it
✔ Review reports and action tasks
✔ Write adverts and use different platforms, including social media to advertise
✔ Organise interviews
✔ Champion our safer recruitment standards
