The University of Leeds is one of the top 135 universities in the world. We have a truly global community, with more than 39,000 students from 170 different countries and over 9,000 staff of 100 different nationalities. Established in 1904, we have a strong tradition of academic excellence, reflected in first-class student education, along with world-leading research that has a real impact around the globe.
The University’s Academic Strategic Plan (2020-2030) aims to create a research culture and environment that places the University of Leeds at the centre of a global research and innovation community, delivering truly transformational fundamental and challenge-led research that advances knowledge and creates solutions to local, national and global challenges. Within this, improving links with external partners, including industry, to facilitate collaborative research, drive opportunities for innovation and ensure our research can be effectively translated to deliver economic and societal value is seen as essential.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Administrative Support Officer/PA who will join a passionate team in Nexus, which is committed to help researchers accelerate their entrepreneurial skills, and businesses unlock the potential of their ideas, achieve their chosen outcomes, and grow effective long-term partnerships for research and innovation.
